Brandon Oliver
Brandon Oliver is the owner of Top Notch Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing, proudly serving Jacksonville Beach and the surrounding areas with reliable, high-quality exterior cleaning services.
Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Brandon developed a strong work ethic early on – one rooted in discipline, responsibility, and pride in doing things the right way. At 18, he joined the United States Navy and was stationed at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, Florida, where he gained valuable experience in leadership, teamwork, and accountability.
After completing his military service and working in the house-flipping industry, Brandon recognized a need for dependable, professional exterior cleaning services in the local community.
That vision led him to start Top Notch alongside a fellow Navy veteran – building a company grounded in integrity, consistency, and attention to detail.

Family is at the heart of everything Brandon does. He and his wife are building their lives and raising their growing family right here in Florida, and that commitment to home and community carries directly into how he runs his business.

When he’s not working, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, watching Alabama football, staying active, and making memories with their dog. His passion for serving others extends beyond business and into everyday life.
